Wish to Volunteer your time to this worthy cause?  Currently we have needs for people to help out in the following areas...

LIght Security

The day of the event we are going to need people to watch two doors and work the entry table.  "Light Security" means just checking to make sure that people have already made their donation when attempting to re-enter.  You will not be getting in confrontations with people.  There is a need for 3, 4 hours shifts of 7 people...two at each exit and 3 at the entry.  Email ken@themidnightramblers.com if you are willing to help out in this way.  Shifts run from 12noon - 4pm, 4pm - 8pm and 8pm - 12midnight.

Corporate / Individual Sponsorship Solicitations

Prior to the event we will be soliciting donations from local companies and individuals to boost the event's overall donation to the VFW and to have a backup for any unforeseen costs.  Donors will be recognized in the handbill the day of the event as well on this website.  Email ken@themidnightramblers.com if you are willing to help out in this way.

The Event Organizers are not affiliated with the VFW.  The VFW is the beneficiary of this event and all donations go directly to the VFW.  The VFW has provided support and permission to have it’s name and logo used for this event.
